Give me a pencil, either digital or conventional, and I'll be a happy man.

I’ve been creating cartoons and drawing characters from all walks for over 35 years now, well… since I wriggled free of my nappy and found a crayon actually (although I probably ate half of it!).
I still relish the challenge of capturing those little qualities that make us all so individual, and I still get such a buzz from seeing a happy face enjoying the result of my labours.

Liverpool Football Club

Liverpool FC win the premier league but unfortunately couldn’t celebrate with an open top bus due to Covid 19 restrictions. So I created the scene for them. All of the 2019-20 season squad are included.

This was a commission for a friend for her favourite hairdressing salon Sala. At the last minute I decided to change Sala to Santa 🙂

Procreate on iPad from a series of 4 portraits celebrating inspirational people. On 6 April 2020, at the age of 99, he began to walk around his garden to raise money for NHS Charities Together during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of raising £1,000 by his hundredth birthday. By 27 April he had raised over £29 million (Ref Wikipedia)

Queen Elizabeth II

Yet another digital paint from the series of 4 inspirational people. This was to celebrate her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on her platinum jubilee (70 years on the throne).
